A Holistic Approach
During my MBA, I led 9 students to solve bottlenecking, pricing, and marketing challenges for a reuse warehouse in Maryland. I am very proud to say that my team was awarded the only Outstanding Student Award, out of 25+ teams, for our exemplary deliverables.
My approach was hands-on, interviewing 80% of staff/crew, paying 4+ site visits with walk-throughs, and collaborating with all pertinent partners involved to gather data, see the whole picture, and craft a vision to implement.
Since then, I have had the desire to continue contributing my holistic problem style to businesses to enable growth and functionality, and that is why I started Cairo Consults.
