During my MBA, I led 9 students to solve bottlenecking, pricing, and marketing challenges for a reuse warehouse in Maryland. I am very proud to say that my team was awarded the only Outstanding Student Award, out of 25+ teams, for our exemplary deliverables.
My approach was hands-on, interviewing 80% of staff/crew, paying 4+ site visits with walk-throughs, and collaborating with all pertinent partners to gather data, see the whole picture, and craft our client's new strategies with a 65%+ implementation.

Growing Small Businesses in Mexico
For a small dress rental business in Torreon, Mexico, I organized my client's data so she could expand into selling throughout Mexico.
I worked with both cost and sales data, found high ROI products, enabled liquidation pricing strategies, and created tools to analyze new investment ROIs, discounting abilities, customer acquisition costs, and a 5-year financial forecast.
My approach was holistic, communicative (in English and Spanish), and thorough, giving my client the ability to manage her expanding business.
